The staff here were excellent and friendly, our room had a cozy bed, air conditioning, free WiFi, and an iron.

This hotel was located in a central area really close to general centre of Birmingham, and the shopping/restaurants.

It has reasonably good and thoughtful employees from a really nice member of staff. The location is particularly good and perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an independent cinema. And the area is very very nice so close to Near...

The breakfast options were excellent, the place was impressive and fairly clean, with reasonably priced food, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

The corridors and wheelchairs look very battered, something urgently needs to be done here. Construction site directly in front of the hotel, any view is completely gone.

The room was spotless and huge with 2 double beds. Bar was perfect for breakfast. The staff was pleasant and attentive, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Liked the location to Christmas...  

The hotel was luxurious and functional. I thoroughly enjoyed its reasonably good staff. Had an outstanding meal in the bar. The property was in a good and ideal location, so close to the German Christmas market. Lots of options nearby, I visited cafes and...

- room was dirty (chocolate and chewing gum on floor upon arrival) - sheets were dirty too. Upon requesting a change due to a lack of staff the attendant moved us room rather than change the sheets themselves....in the end we had to change the sheets between rooms ourselves as the attendant did not offer. it was terrible customer service when, having come into a dirty room, they should have made an even bigger effort to appease us

The location is perfect! Very central. The staff was very nice. Breakfast after booking for 10Pf. No problem. Later checkout was also no problem. No extra charge. We'd spend the night here again.

The air conditioning was really loud. This should be replaced. If you don't have yours on, you can hear them from the next room. Breakfast was okay. No cheese, though.

The room was beautifully presented with 2 double beds, a fridge, and extra space. Breakfast in the bar was outstanding. The hotel's location is ideal for visiting cafes and pubs, with a cathedral and an art gallery nearby.

The hotel has a modern design and is luxurious and functional. The location is great and absolutely perfect, with only a 5-minute walk to a landmark mall. It's a short walk to Christmas markets, restaurants, the Bullring, Broad Street, the Birmingham Arena. The staff is really nice and friendly.

noisy flatmates at night, furnishings with heavy wear and tear, very loud noises from the air conditioning that could not be eliminated by switching off the air conditioning.

Location central to Town Hall, but hardly accessible due to construction sites
